Terms of Use
We show information; we are not the seller. These are the boundaries.
Effective 2026-09-14
1. What this site is
AliCheap is an information service that collects item data from the official AliExpress affiliate API and presents it by real price. We do not sell, take payment, or ship. The contract is between you and AliExpress.
2. About the prices
- Figures are values we observed, not a live lookup. The date is shown on screen.
- Card prices are the cheapest option; other options can cost more.
- Customs duty and import VAT are not included.
- The AliExpress checkout screen is authoritative. If it disagrees with us, it is right.
3. Affiliate relationship
Item links are affiliate links and we earn a commission on purchases. Your price is unchanged, and commission rates play no part in ordering. This is disclosed at the bottom of every page.
4. Reviews
- Write only about things you actually bought and used.
- Reviews containing links are not saved — we cannot tell them apart from advertising.
- Personal data, abuse, content infringing others’ rights, and repeated posting may be removed without notice.
- Your review is published here and used within this site to show it to readers. You keep the copyright.
5. Prohibited use
- Automated repeated requests that place load on this site
- Bulk copying of our data to build a comparable service
- Stripping or replacing affiliate identifiers to circumvent them
6. Limitation of liability
We work to keep the information accurate, but prices, stock and shipping terms can change on AliExpress at any time. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for the outcome of purchase decisions made on the basis of what we show. That said, if we calculated something wrong, tell us and we will fix it — that is what this site is for.
7. Changes and governing law
When these terms change we update the effective date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
