Things worth sending
- A price looks wrong — send the item URL and the figure you saw on AliExpress, and we can find where the two diverged.
- Take my review down — the item URL and roughly when you wrote it is enough. Same procedure as in the privacy policy.
- Copyright or rights complaints — point at the screen and the content and we will check and remove it.
- The maths looks off — telling us what the real-price calculation is missing is the single most useful thing you can send.
Things we cannot help with
- Orders, shipping, refunds — we are not the seller. Payment happens on AliExpress, so their support is the right place.
- Requests to feature an item — listings are built from sales figures and observations. We do not take money to change the order.
